Clara's Care Services is a family owned company created to enhance the lives of others through offering services of care by both skilled and non skilled professionals to individuals of the community in their home.

Clara's Care Services came about when Janet, Michelle and Deleon: 3 family members discovered the need of having reliable consistent and trustworthy individuals to care for their aging grandmother. They quickly discovered that the turn over rate for live in help was extremely high and were quickly met with the difficultly having to replace these workers and also stumbling into untrustworthy workers. After years of combating these issues Janet, Michelle and Deleon came up with an idea to create a pool of candidates that reflect core qualities needed to be successful in the care industry.
